After lengthy discussion and consideration, we made the difficult decision to adjust our float time to 60 minutes. As a result of implementing new policies to ensure the safety of clients and staff, we were left with no other alternative. This is not a decision we made lightly.
For those of you with pre-existing 90 minute float credits, you can rest assured that the difference of the value of those credits will be honored moving forward. You will be able to use the value towards future floats.
We very much appreciate you understanding the necessity of this decision. It is our intention to continue to serve Charlottesville and the surrounding communities well into the future!
